Bord Gáis Networks have issued correspondence to homeowners in Counties Dublin, Cork, Kilkenny, Kildare and Wicklow identified by street surveys as having a potential ridge tile flue arrangement. The correspondence advises homeowners to engage an RGI to carry out a survey of their flue system if they believe that they have a ridge tile flue arrangement. This type of survey requires a visual survey of the ridge tile flue arrangement and necessitates access to attic spaces by the RGI.
